Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

4 cups broccoli flowerets
1 small purple onion -- chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
11 ounce can mandarin oranges

Instructions

Toast pecans at 350 degrees for a few minutes.
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
Combine mayo, sugar and white vinegar in a seperate bowl. Mix
and pour over dry ingredients covering 3 hours before serving.
Gently stir in oranges and serve.
